Once this form has been submitted you will be contacted by a member of Newbury Pride to discuss payments and arrangements

Stallholders will NEED to bring their own tables/chairs/gazebos/lighting and they will be responsible for setting up, dismantling and clearing their area. Please arrive before 11am on the morning of the event to set up your stall and have your vehicles removed by 11.30am.  Limited on site parking may be available for those with special needs.
There are no facilities for power available on site, all stall holders requiring power must arrange this for themselves, generators must be kept protected from inadvertant access by the public and preferably quiet versions.  All pitch sizes are based on 3x3m units.
There is no charge for local charity stalls, there is for other stalls which has not been determined.  Food and drink stalls are subject to negotiation.  If you are also interested in attending the Rainbow Zone at Thatcham Family Fund Day on 30th June 2024 a discount for bookings for both events is available.
Please be aware all participants need to provide proof of public liability insurance, food safety and hygiene certificate and TENs (if applicable) by email to megan@newburypride.org.uk or by attaching electronic copies to the form above.
