Newbury Pride in 2026

This year Newbury Pride is coming to you again from the beautiful surroundings of Victoria Park.  With two stages, live music, fun and laughter, even some serious stuff, food and drink and a market area with lots of local products for you to choose from.

Located close to the Boating Pond in Victoria Park, our main stage will feature stunning entertainment all day and this is where the main food and drink vendors are also located.  The Pride market place embraces the pond and features a mixture of stalls selling all sorts of different items as well as offering opportunities to discuss issues or to play games with many charity and support organisations.  This is also where the first aid  and chill tent are located.

Through the fantasy balloon arches and into the community area, we find the second stage which features a focus on women this year with women and non-binary performers or music from women composer/writers.  This area also features the craft tent, the Messy Badge Club (Newbury Pride Youth group) and another market place again with a range of items for sale as well as more support organisations and charities.  The Community Stage features a couple of debates on serious issues during the afternoon.

When can I go?  The market places are open from noon onwards, however, some stalls will be trading from an earlier time.

What about the entertainment?  The stages will start with the main programme of events when the march arrives in the park, however, there will be music from noon.

You mentioned the march, what about that?  The march is timed to start at 12.30pm so please gather at the start from 12 noon.  This is by the back entrance to the old Kennet Centre (near the entrance to the multi-storey carpark).

I'm a stall holder, what about me?  You should have already received a detailed set of joining instructions with your stall location and arrival times.  You are welcome to join the march but we do not have the stewards available to look after your stall.

What happens at the end?  The entertainment in the park will finish at 6.30pm but the fun continues into the evening and night at Reloaded bar in Wharf Street.
